Prints & Frames
We use Hahnemühle FineArt Pearl – a cellulose-based FineArt inkjet paper with an inkjet coating specially tailored for Fine Art use. The bright white paper has a delicately textured surface and a smooth, silky feel. In combination with the premium inkjet coating, it produces an elegant finish with a subtle, pearl-gloss effect. Once printed, the paper impresses with outstanding reproduction of colour and detail, deep blacks and striking contrasts.
For each of these sizes, the dimensions of the wood moulding is the same. These dimensions are 25mm in depth, 16mm width. The hanging type fixture on the reverse panel is ‘Nail hanging’. All frames are equipped with hangers in portrait and landscape format.
Yes of course. We only offer one specific black, high quality frame to make the ordering process as simple as possible. The prints are generally standard ‘A’ paper size so frames can be sourced from a place of your choosing, such as Amazon.
Please note the margin between the signature/edition umber and the paper edge is minimal, so be sure your choice reflects this.
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address that you entered at checkout. After checking junk/spam folders, if you have not received a confirmation shortly after submitting your order, there may be an issue with your transaction and you need to contact us.
Yes you can. You will receive an email from ‘Art Prints’. This will provide you with a tracking number for the shipment.
Unfortunately due to the nature of limited edition prints, we are not able to make changes to existing orders. Please ensure you are 100% certain that the product you are purchasing is correct.
If you’ve provided incorrect information such as delivery address, email address or telephone number etc, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change your information before posting your order.
Limited edition prints are collectible items, and once issued they are in circulation. Unfortunately therefore, once ordered, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping/Delivery
Please allow 6-10 working days for delivery to most locations.
We use fulfilment locations in the UK, Germany and USA, using a mix of shipping carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, Warenpost) to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible.
Please make use of your tracking information to determine the status of your delivery. In the event that this doesn’t solve your problem, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will do our best to locate your item.
If prints are lost in transit beyond the estimated time (within reason), we will reprint the order and ship it to you free of charge. Just get in touch as soon as you can.
In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the collectible nature of limited edition prints, returns are not available. However, refunds or replacements are of course available if the print is damaged in shipping and handling. To arrange this please contact us.
